Acolyte extends the material and formal language of High Altar Boyinto a more utilitarian form. Where the altar centers on fire and light, Acolyte introduces water. A shallow basin is cast directly into the concrete surface, recalling vessels used for cleansing and offering. The form draws from rock-hewn architectural interiors, reduced to an elemental table meant for everyday use.
